The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an ISR Cyber SME (AFCO/CM) at Fort Meade, MD. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
The candidate for this position will perform duties to develop, sustain, and enhance cyberspace capabilities to defend national interests from attack and to create effects in cyberspace to achieve national objectives. Conduct Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) using established tactics, techniques, and procedures to achieve Service, COCOM and national objectives. Execute command and control (C2) of assigned cyberspace forces and de-conflict cyberspace operations across the kinetic and non-kinetic spectrum. Supports cyberspace capability development, testing and implementation. Partners with DoD, interagency and Coalition Forces to detect, deny, disrupt, deceive, and mitigate adversarial access to sovereign national cyberspace systems. Additionally, the candidate will be OPCON to 25AF AFCO/CM to maintain relations with Wing, Group, AFCYBER-FWD and USCYBERCOM.
TS/SCI cleared with Polygraph
BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
Experience with computer operating systems, software applications and database concepts
Understanding of network fundamentals (protocols) and infrastructure
Proficiency in wireless technologies
