Job Description:
Leidos is seeking an IT PM for an opportunity in the Northern Virginia area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Partner with experts across the IT applications, infrastructure, operations, and security domains to understand the outcomes and measures required in both the technical and mission environments. * Plan and orchestrate the development and transitions of prototypes to technology solution provider * Gather and analyze system requirements in the context of commercial best practices and organizational strategic directions. * Work with staff, team and clients to produce and approve engineering estimates * Provide programmatic support to projects/programs to include presentations * Coach team in systems engineering best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience are acceptable in lieu of a Degree.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and delivering software projects.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing transition/implementation sequencing plans and success measures with the project level enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud-based secure enclave projects.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated Infrastructure driven project experience.
- Amazon Web Services experience.
- Demonstrated Agile and full systems development life cycle development and management.
- PMP certification.
