Leidos has a career opening Accounts Receivable Services Support, located in Tucson, AZ.
JOB SUMMARY:
The selected candidate will support training activities such as developing and delivering training materials to internal and external customers. This role will also assist the AR Services Lead with ERP Maintenance activities inclusive of roles provisioning, certifications, transactional reconciliations, etc. The position will work independently and report to the Assistant Director.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Independently develop professional/technical content for web based and live training, for internal and external audiences.
•Develop and maintain content and communications published on the ARO Prism site.
•Ensure desktop procedures and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs) are current at all times.
•Assist with Costpoint billing issues such as history fixes, and manual invoicing.
•Support system testing as needed and use this experience to update existing training materials.
•The team member will be expected to have a concrete understanding of Costpoint billing screens and procedures.
•The team member may be tasked to lead or participate in special projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School diploma with minimum 3+ years of experience in Costpoint Billing modules
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to create creative and professional presentations.
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•Experience delivering live training or demonstrated strong presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree is preferred.
•Costpoint experience in Project Accounting (setup).
•Experience with Articulate e-learning software
