Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager (CPM), a significant leadership position as part of a team supporting the Enterprise Data Center at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT.  The Cybersecurity Project Manager will coordinate support tasks for all related Cybersecurity efforts including, but not limited to, RMF, Cyber Security Readiness, software testing, and vulnerability management.

This is a full time position that must work at Hill AFB.  No telework is allowed.

Primary Responsibilities

The CPM will be required to coordinate all processes as assigned by the identified government representative. The CPM will be required to coordinate RMF authorization to maintain eMASS artifacts according to the continuous monitoring strategy, and coordinate software testing efforts as it relates to the data center’s software baseline requirements by RMF. The CPM will be required to provide IAVM and STIG compliance reports to Government Management via government or contractor provided tools. The CPM will be required to coordinate and assign vulnerability and compliance scanning tickets with appropriate personnel and meet customer RMF artifact requirements. The CPM shall coordinate tickets related to cybersecurity from assignment to completion in the official government ticketing system The CPM will be required to track and plan all Cyber Security Readiness Efforts.

Basic Qualifications

The CPM shall have and maintain PMP-c.

Certified Scrum Master

Master’s Degree with 12 years of applicable experience or 2 additional years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

Must have an Active Secret Clearance

Demonstrated leadership experience in the field of Federal Government Cybersecurity in the following areas:

  • Cybersecurity Personnel Staffing
  • Systems Cybersecurity Engineering
  • Test and Evaluation
  • Supply Chain Risk Management
  • Patch and Vulnerability Management
  • RMF
  • Continuous Monitoring
  • Security Controls Assessment
  • Disposal

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading a customer towards advanced capabilities and methods in Cybersecurity

Demonstrated experience specific to USAF

Demonstrated experience specific to Hill Enterprise Data Center
