Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead for the Integrated Multi-Domain Command and Control (IMDC2) program.

This effort is to provide technical solution to the DoD for resilient, survivable, federated Networks, and information ecosystems from the tactical up to the strategic level, focused on gaining and exploiting information, denying competitors those same advantages, and enabling the DoD to attribute non-kinetic attacks and to hold accountable adversaries attempting to exploit deniability.  Under this task order, multi-domain command and control capabilities will be provided with integration of existing technologies resulting in improved processing, cybersecurity, hardware and software, exploitation, and C2 capabilities. This support will improve the ability to process, exploit, disseminate, and to act on information against emerging and evolving threats, eliminate or minimize technological obsolescence, and reduce total lifecycle costs associated with IMDC2 systems.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Cybersecurity Lead, you will serve as the focal point between the Government PM and Leidos management regarding the program’s technical execution related to cybersecurity issues. The Cybersecurity Lead will be responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity effort on multiple projects. The Cybersecurity Lead will support the PM and Engineering Lead to monitor and manage IMDC2 program performance related to cybersecurity issues. This position is contingent upon contract award to Leidos.

Basic Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of proposal submission.  
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study.  
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience within DoD cyber programs.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading training for the design, development, and execution of cyberspace programs, to include defense cyber operations, cyber situational awareness, and cyber C2.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of joint, interagency cyberspace experience to include DoD, DNI, and DHS.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification.
