Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager for the Integrated Multi-Domain Command and Control (IMDC2) program.

This effort is to provide technical solution to the DoD for resilient, survivable, federated Networks, and information ecosystems from the tactical up to the strategic level, focused on gaining and exploiting information, denying competitors those same advantages, and enabling the DoD to attribute non-kinetic attacks and to hold accountable adversaries attempting to exploit deniability.  Under this TO, multi-domain command and control capabilities will be provided with integration of existing technologies resulting in improved processing, cybersecurity, hardware and software, exploitation, and C2 capabilities. This support will improve the ability to process, exploit, disseminate, and to act on information against emerging and evolving threats, eliminate or minimize technological obsolescence, and reduce total lifecycle costs associated with IMDC2 systems.

Primary Responsibilities

As the Program Manager (PM), you will serve as the focal point between the Government PM and Leidos management regarding program execution. The PM ensures full compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and has the primary responsibility for task order performance.  The PM has program-wide responsibility with day-to-day focus on program support operations, including: contract, subcontract, finance, security, staffing and procurement support. The PM will monitor and manage IMDC2 program performance, risk, cost and schedule; detect any material negative deviations; and develop/implement recovery plans as needed. The PM manages the submission and quality review of all deliverables.  This position is contingent upon contract award to Leidos.

Basic Qualifications

  • Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI at time of proposal submission.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on DoD projects.
  • Bachelors degree and/or the equivalent of six (6) years of experience managing projects developing and delivering prototype capabilities. One or more of the managed projects must have included C5ISR support elements.   

An active certification in at least one of the following:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Program Management certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Management or a technical field
  • Fifteen (15) years of combined experience so that the PM can readily communicate and understand the mission needs of RSC-NCR Mission Partners.
