A Leidos Operations CTO, and his/her team, is responsible for providing leadership and methods for developing and managing technical talent across the operation, resource (financial, personnel, etc.) management as it relates to our strategic technology alignments, management and leadership of research and development to build Leidos discriminators for future contract wins, and work the strategy and program related activities that cross cut our customer and capability aligned organizations. The CTO Intern can expect to be working one or more of these activities during his/her internship with Leidos.
The Mission Solutions Operation currently has an opening for a Chief Technology Office (CTO) Intern to support IRAD initiatives for corporate, contract, proposal and business development activities.
- Supporting the development software that will provide Command and Control for a set of proprietary hardware
- Software is expected to include
- Web based UI
- Command line UI
- Service app to do data processing
- Documentation of design
- B.S/B.A Degree in progress in a related technical discipline
- Experience with software development, including:
- Web Services
- Interfacing with hardware
- Ability to obtain a government-issues clearance - US Citizenship required.
Electrical engineering undergraduate
- Experience with any of the following:
- FPGA programming
- RF design and/or power electronics
- Hyperspectral remote sensing
- C2/Command and Control
