Leidos has a current job opportunity for a User Activity Monitoring Lead at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
This person will serve as a the lead of the Joint Service Provider (JSP) User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Team.
•Lead the UAM team on a day-to-day basis
•Ensure proper and timely UAM reporting
•Create, update, and maintain UAM team standard operating procedures and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
•Create and provide briefing to JSP DCO leadership on UAM trends and activities
•Serve as the JSP DCO UAM subject matter expert
•Provide recommendations to contractor and government leadership on ways to improve the UAM program
•Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of professional experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
•3+ years of technical experience with 2+ years of UAM experience
•Must have certifications that satisfy DoD-8570 IAT Level II and CSSP Analyst upon start.
•Demonstrated experience with UAM capabilities and common insider threat TTPs.
•Demonstrated knowledge of network traffic and communications, including known ports and services.
•Demonstrated experience with the Windows operating system and other operating systems (e.g., Linux or Unix).
•Demonstrated experience in coordinating with external organizations, especially Law Enforcement and Counter Intelligence
•Knowledge of incident handling procedures.
•Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
•Deep technical understanding of core current cybersecurity technologies as well as emerging capabilities.
•Experience implementing automation to reduce mundane tasks and expedite processes.
•Demonstrated understanding of the life cycle of cybersecurity threats (internal and external), attacks, attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).
•Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings.
•Familiarity or experience in Intelligence Driven Defense, Cyber Kill Chain methodology, and/or MITRE ATT&CK framework.
