Job Description:

This position is located in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Operational Analysis (OA) Department in Reston, VA. DTRA-OA provides intelligence subject matter expertise and network analysis on WMD and improvised threat topics. This position is in the GLIDR cell, which provides all-source intelligence analysis for worldwide events.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 * Responsible for collection and exploitation of open source data using OSINT tools

* Gather, synthesize, and database open source and all-source intelligence information of global events in support of counter improvised-threat and counter-WMD missions.

* Conduct analysis of a broad range of cultural, political, economic, and social issues globally

 * Works directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret reporting to produce current and finished intelligence products.

 * Coordinates and interacts with analysts from service, component, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies.

 * Provide expertise necessary to assist in the development threat analysis methodologies.
 * Provide support to working groups as directed by the customer.
 * Respond to internal tasking and analysis as directed.
 * Language capability in Turkish is desired, but not required

Basic Qualifications

BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Three to Five years of professional work experience in intelligence analysis.
Minimum Security Clearance:  TS/SCI Clearance

Familiarity with commercial off the shelf OSINT tools

Demonstrated experience in a field related to all-source intelligence analysis.
