Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
The OPM duties shall include but are not limited to: coordinate requests for hosting in the HEDC, coordinate current customer process from application modernization to sustainment. The OPM shall coordinate tickets related to onboarding from assignment to completion in the official government ticketing system. The OPM shall attend all Onboarding related meetings. The contractor shall utilize HEDC GPM approved Agile Project Management methodologies. Reference section 3.28, System Onboarding, for description of onboarding activity requirements. The OPM will ensure that System Onboarding services are provided concurrently with other services, including but not limited to: security services, operations, sustainment, and lifecycle management. To onboard new applications, requirements may include, but not limited to: transition from other Air Logistics Complexes (ALCs), consolidation of the application and database servers in a virtual environment in the HEDC, and design of the application lifecycle management system for implementation as a new information system (IS).

Basic Qualifications
- The OPM shall have and maintain PMP certification.
- Certified Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree with 12 plus year's experience or a Master’s Degree with 10 plus year's of applicable experience.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the field of on boarding new Workloads into an operational Data Center.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a customer towards advanced capabilities and methods for on-boarding new Workloads
- Demonstrated experience specific to USAF
- Demonstrated experience specific to Hill Enterprise Data Center
