The Defense Group at Leidos has exciting opportunities for a Migration Manager Lead located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
The successful and talented candidate will join a highly skilled team of IT professionals in the IT Enterprise Modernization and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Enterprise IT services to
including: Enterprise IT Policy and Planning, Business Process Reengineering, Requirements Analysis, Asset Management, Product Integration, Network Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Operations Support and IT Support Services.
•Manage the integration of agencies into the common IT Services
•Manage the Integration/Migration activities to include:
- Conducting due diligence of Customer IT requirements (as-is environment);
- aligning Customer to IT capabilities
- Migration planning
- Risk management
- Migration activities
- Early-life support oversight
•Enable customer operational performance and engineering enhancements to include:
- Migration planning
- Transition management
- Reporting in-progress migration reviews
•Maintain the IMS with migration status
•Provide administrative support activities related to supporting customer migrations
•Provide status briefings, ROM, and BOM cost estimates
•Develop and execute the Project Implementation Plans and apply applicable best practices IAW the PMP and shall include an estimate of time and resources required for each activity, including lead-time and critical path.
•Develop, implement, and maintain customer SOPs
•Requires a BA degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.; additional experience in lieu of degree
•Must have IAT Level I, or II prior to start date
•Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
