Leidos has a career opening for the a Vice President, Global Security Operations located in Reston, VA.

Position Summary:

The job of the Vice President of Global Security Operations is developing and driving implementation of the core Global Security disciplines to mitigate enterprise threats and risks. As Operations Security Director the incumbent will exercise direct oversight of all security operations and security disciplines for workplace security, international security, emergency management and business continuity planning, counterintelligence and insider risk.  The Operations Director will addresses complex security issues and facilitates compliance with Global Security Policy and the goals of Enterprise Risk Management.  The position has the responsibility to develop, promulgate, oversee and measure the effectiveness of policy and implementing procedures for an international company, managing the risk to people, facilities, and associated infrastructure.  This position reports to the Chief Security Officer and is the principle risk management officer for the Global Security organization.

Basic Requirements:
-Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent and 15+ years of prior relent experience or Master’s Degree with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.
-Generally ha 12 years of experience supervising or leading teams or complex projects in support of enterprise strategic objectives
-Requires an active Secret security clearance
