Leidos has a career opening for the Technical Assistant Security Program Management located in Reston, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CSO primary responsibilities will include:
-Develops project plans and deliverables that meet identified requirements by application of, or in accordance with, accepted Project Management principles.
-Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Leads others and directs all phases of assigned projects.
-Consults with senior management, project sponsors, and/or other stakeholders regarding the interpretation of requirements and execution risk management.
-Interfaces extensively with senior management. Interactions may include negotiated solutions or influencing and persuading other senior level managers.
-Provides mentoring to project teams and assists in the development of capability based solutions, technical requirement determination and value analysis.
-Develops, promulgates and oversees the implementation of enterprise policy, standard work and productivity evaluations.
-Supports CSO in assessing enterprise performance; develops performance metrics and provides analytic support to monthly and quarterly operating reviews.
-Assist in developing annual operating plan (AOP), spend plan, investment priorities, budget and project justifications and monitors financial execution of the security enterprise.
-Support and maintains enterprise communication platforms, common work environment tools and strategic messaging to the workforce for security awareness and risk reduction.
-Assists the CSO with enterprise professional development and succession planning, organizational structure and realignments as might be necessary to support business priorities.
-Carries out and supports other operational projects as assigned by the CSO.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university required, combined with 8 - 12 years of experience.
-8 - 12 years of relevant experience and leadership responsibilities that includes 3-5 years of experience specifically in project management
-Knowledge of program management/scheduling tools and techniques is expected.
-Demonstrated proficiency in all project management areas is critical.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Must have  Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
