The Airborne Sensors & Analytics Division within the Defense Group has a dynamic opportunity for an Airborne ISR Project Manager to work at our Manassas Regional Airport, VA office in support of the Airborne Reconnaissance Low – Enhanced (ARL-E) program. ARL-E is a multi-year program supporting the U.S. Army with upgrading and enhancing the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities of their airborne reconnaissance fleet. The selected candidate will lead and execute a complex Mission Integration effort for a state of the art Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) platform. 

Primary Responsibilities
•Lead a program through advanced planning and execution, providing guidance to a diverse group of professionals
•Perform direction and oversight of program budgets
•Propose and execute various Government contract types
•Prepare, verify and submit US Government Response For Proposals 
•Author Statements of Work and manage Sub-Contractors as required
•Provide support and guidance to site Integrated Product Teams (IPT) in the execution of daily activities
•Coordinate site scheduled activities amongst internal employees, subcontractors, and government personnel to ensure achievable operational plan
•Comply with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) flight and ground operations policies and procedures 
•Orchestrate and manage execution of flight and ground activities scheduling 
•Coordinate efforts of a multi-contractor team consisting of aircraft integration, flight operations, testing and analysis functions to ensure all requirements are met and on schedule

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 3 years of prior relevant experience; additional years of relevant work experience required in lieu of degree
•Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
•Prior experience as program manager with Government contracts
•Extensive experience with DCMA policies and procedures
•Depth of knowledge in Army Aviation Regulations and Publications
•Knowledge in leading and managing the execution of aviation processes, projects and tactical employment
•Experience with MS Project, Office, PowerPoint
•Up to 25% travel to CONUS customer and company locations required
•Active DOD Secret Clearance to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications
