The Defense group at Leidos has an opportunity for System Administration work at Fort Belvoir, VA.  

JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to user your experience and skills helping the DTRA IITS mission.  In this position would administrate the customer’s McAfee HBSS configurations and policies to ensure all endpoint are secure.  You will also have several opportunities to administration other technologies as the environment continuously changes.  It is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and will learn new skills.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain and troubleshoot the functionality and efficiency of the systems associated with HBSS framework and product suite.
•Maintain and troubleshoot the integrity and security of network end points.
•Install update to McAfee software as released and in compliance with DISA STIGs.
•Follow approved DISA STIG and DoD IAVA requirements.
•Monitor and audit configurations to ensure unintended changes has not occurred.
•Maintain system documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience; additional years experience in lieu of degree.
•Windows Server 2012 and 2016 experience – certification preferred prior to start
•Significate experience with multiple network security zone, subnetting, and VLANs
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Must be a US Citizen.
•Currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance with Top Secret SCI eligibility preferred.
•Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g. Security+ CE.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  
•Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings.
•Experience with PowerShell scripting and other Microsoft standard languages.
•Experience with SCAP scanning.
•An understating knowledge of virtualization environments, Active Directory, Local and Group Policies, Public Key Infrastructure, and various monitoring tools.
•Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy.
•Strong System Administration troubleshooting skills.
