Job Description:
Seeking an experienced technology specialist to support the FAA’s eDiscovery Program. There are two positions that will be located in the Washington DC area, with possible travel to other locations in the National Capital Region (NCR). Additionally, the positions may require up to 25% travel outside of the NCR.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Collect electronically stored information (ESI) from network managed systems to include email, documents, chats, etc.
Ingest ESI into a data processing platform, performing a workflow to ready the data for review by legal counsel.
Document processes and procedures in an effort to standardize the way work is done in the program.
Provide training to customers that utilize our eDiscovery review platform including classroom type settings and one on one question and answer sessions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to legal counsel and management on program updates, both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to use eDiscovery to support the disposition of a federal agency’s FOIA requests.
Requirements
Typically requires BS degree and 4 plus years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 years of prior relevant experience.
· Experience with Nuix Workstation is highly preferred but not required
· Ability to train small groups on how to use a customer facing tool.
· Proficient in documenting processes and policies.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
