Job Description:
Leidos currently has openings for a Qualified Navy Validator (QNV) to provide cybersecurity support services to U.S. Navy programs in Philadelphia, PA. This is excellent opportunity to use your experience and skills to support our NAVSEA customer.
The candidate will:
•Possess knowledge of and experience using the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process.
•Work with system owners, technical leads, cybersecurity personnel, and stakeholders to manage cybersecurity requirements.
•Perform Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of cyber program and systems.
•Initiate and prepare Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages; ensuring that A&A packages are in a compliant status; verifies and validates A&A package requirements and configuration modifications are performed and tested.
•Perform Scanning using DoD approved tools.
•Coordinate technical meetings, prioritize topics, and identify objectives in support of package development.
Basic Qualifications
*2+ yrs of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree or 4+ yrs of relevant work experience
*Qualified Navy Validator (NQV II) certification
*Active Secret clearance
*IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security +CE)
*Experience with DIACAP/RMF
*1+years of experience validating packages
*Experience utilizing DoD approved scanning tools and eMASS system
Preferred Qualifications
*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
*Experience working with NAVSEA.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work independently an/or as part of a team and interface with end customers.
