More About the Role:
Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Next Generation Enterprise Network – Re-compete (NGEN-R) contract. NGEN-R is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport portion of NGEN-R, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service.

The Program Analyst will serve as a member of the NGEN Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure operational success in execution. Program support includes, but is not limited to: program analysis, deliverable management, SharePoint/IDE maintenance, Basis of Estimates review and development, risk management, and program review support. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of project management processes in order to support engineering and operations teams and the ability to transition between multiple tasks easily. In this position, the Program Analyst will need to exhibit strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with program and functional teams to drive tasks to closure.

What You'll Get to Do:
•Serve as a contributor to the PMO, interfacing with all program levels and functional disciplines to improve processes and procedures. Functional disciplines include finance, contracts, subcontracts, quality, security, and procurement.
•Perform complex program analysis in areas related to budget, schedule, performance, and risk management; and identify improvement strategies to enhance support to the client as well as optimize business operations.
•Work with highly technical teams to report status and assist with other support tasks, as required .
-Assist with the maintenance of the program’s Integrated Data Environment (SharePoint).
•Coordinate the compilation of program documentation inclusive of briefings, work instructions, management plans, directives, minutes and action items.
•Manage the program deliverable process and delivery to the customer.
•Assist with the development of content for program reviews and contract milestones.
•Provide writing support, peer reviews, quality reviews, and file management support.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
•BA degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. Four years of additional experience can be substituted for a degree.
•US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
•Combination of strong analysis, planning, organization, and consensus-building abilities with effective resolution, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
•Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills to include verbal and written.
•Proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).

•Currently possess an active DoD SECRET security clearance.
