The Leidos Defense Group has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the DoD CIO Front Office at the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia working location.
A successful candidate needs to be a high energy, forward thinking, organizer and planner with executive-level experience, familiarity with DoD CIO Front Office operations, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
Required Knowledge, Traits and Characteristics:

Flexible and forward leaning especially in regards to scheduling.
Understands the role of the Senior Military Aide/Advisor (SMA).
Agility with task management and tracking.
Functional computer skills and knowledge.
Exceptional communications, staffing, and decision making skills.
Ability to share information and guide activities in a productive manner.
Exceptional writing, communications, and correspondence management skills.
Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS), Defense Travel System (DTS), and Travel Regulations.
Manage and maintain DoD CIO and SMA calendars.
Coordinate meetings and activities with SMA.
Review and manage CATMS Actions.
Coordinate, schedule and manage travel for DoD CIO and SMA.
Communicate and share information with Senior Executive Officer and all DoD CIO personnel.
Work closely with EA for Principal Deputy CIO.
Communicate effectively with other EAs throughout the DoD CIO.
High School and 5-10 years relevant experience.
Relevant experience with DOD Front Office.
Must be US Citizen.
Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI Clearance to be considered.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional Executive support experience.
Highly reliable and dependable.
