The Leidos AIE team has an opening for a program Admin Assistant that reports to the PM & DPM but provides supports for all program team members. Our home base and this position are in Edgewood MD which houses the program team, warehouse operations, system integration lab, 24x7 Help Desk operation, engineering center and full-scale replicas of ACS for installations to include ACP/Lanes and the Visitor Control Center.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Tasking will be made by the PM and DPM. Responsible for performing tasks relating to AIE program administration including coordinating meetings intra Leidos Team and with the Government. Process and meet Government visitors requiring access to the facility and system lab areas. Document coordination amongst various team members related to the AIE-3 program; coordination of and tracking of travel by team members. Preparing and submitting purchase orders in support of the program for administration support and supplies. Posting of team-wide messaging as required; coordination of facility requests, submission of job orders; oversight (not direction) of front desk JLL personnel for people accessing the facility; and coordination-setup of meetings, celebration and other team related events.
- Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Requires 2 to 4 years of experience to include experience and knowledge of working in a program team and providing support across the team.
- Must have a desire to learn and work within a team environment.
- Some local travel may be required to support the mission needs and requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess or be eligible for a Secret clearance.
- Experience and familiarity in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
