Leidos has an immediate opening for a AETC/A2 Executive Assistant at Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must already possess a current TS/SCI in order to be considered.
Provides executive level administrative support to the AETC/A2 commander. Responsible for providing timely administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the commander. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects with little to no supervision. Responsible for scheduling and preparation for meetings for the commander. Responsible for compiling and proofing various reports and studies presented to the commander and correcting for format, grammar, and content. Distributes mail, answers phones, and responds to customer inquiries. Proactively interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply and coordinate information. Responds to and sources out HHQ taskers received on NIPR/SIPR C2 systems. Trains airmen in Commander's Support Staff (CSS) duties/functions. Responsible for in-processing all newly assigned personnel.
TS/SCI required on day 1
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the USAF required
Previous executive level administrative support
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytic and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize projects appropriately
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
Experience working within an Air Force intelligence organization
