Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with at least 12 years of combined management and technical experience to provide enterprise IT services for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
The Program Manager (PM) will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership.
-A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience with the management of an Enterprise IT Service Delivery and Management Program similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this TOR.
-Seven years of experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope as proposed for this TOR.
-ITIL® Master Level Certification.
-An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
-Seven years of experience developing a strategic vision for a complex organization, balancing modernization needs with critical daily operations and maintenance requirements.
-PMP or PGMP Certification.
-Seven years of experience managing programs or projects in a DoD environment.
-Seven years of experience leading the successful transition of IT service delivery to an ITIL/ITSM framework for a large, worldwide organization.
-Seven years of experience with the Federal procurement process.
-Seven years of experience with the administration of cost-type contracts.
