The Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Workflow Branch Manager to support a program in Northern Virginia.

The Branch Manager will oversee all efforts of workflow for a large language services support program.  The Branch Manager will work closely with his/her branch to assign, track and coordinate requirements while also maintaining awareness and understanding of linguist skills, availability, and suitability for various requirements.  This position requires the use of problem solving techniques to address quick-turnaround requirements that impact critical mission support.

The primary responsibilities for this position involve assessing current and emerging requirements in order to develop, maintain, and revise assignment planning and completion within all required deadlines.  Additionally, the Branch Manager will communicate language support gaps to program and customer management, assist department and program management in addressing potential language support shortfalls, and develop, plan, and execute new strategies to address evolving requirements.  The Branch Manager will be required to oversee and/or lead a number of program efforts that will support specific contract priorities.    

Required Qualifications:  

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant operations and management   experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a diverse workforce
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and procedures to program employees, partner organizations, and customer base
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills in order to meet high demand requirements
  • Self-starter that can establish priorities, resolve immediate issues, and coordinate with all program and customer management on complex issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with all program and customer personnel
  • Comfortable working with senior management

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with linguists and language services support staff
  • Familiar with organizational management, analysis, strategic thinking, and complex problem solving
