Job Description:
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Program Administrative Assistant supporting our government customer in their state of the art facility in Reston, VA. The Program Administrative Assistant will be part of the Program Management Office Team responsible for supporting the general administrative and clerical needs of 150 FTE program. The position will report to the Program Manager directly. Position is responsible for scheduling, calendar management, and making security, facilities, and other arrangements for meetings and events. Performs research and secures requested information, and responsible for researching, compiling, and proofing various reports, data calls, and studies. May take notes and/or transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, distribute mail, answer phones/emails, respond to customer/client/employee inquiries, make travel arrangements, handle expense reporting and basic procurement for contracts, and other office administrative duties. Interacts with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.
Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Requires High School Diploma and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced, demanding environment. Good communication and customer service skills are needed along with ability to coordinate effectively with various offices.
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web applications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with: CostPoint, Deltek, Fusion, and Workday.
