Leidos’ Government Health & Safety Solutions group is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to support Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) to maintain, enhance and stabilize their Level 3 Medicare - Electronic Case Adjudication and Processing Environment (ECAPE) in Chantilly, VA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for interacting with customers to handle service inquiries and problems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in standard help desk procedures. Logs all help desk interactions, tracks and routes problems and requests and documents resolutions. Experience as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting customer problems. Support continuous update help desk SOPs to increase customer satisfaction and user experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in application support Level 1 help desk operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail
- Must possess strong interpersonal and information gathering skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Requires ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
