The Cyber and SIGINT Solutions Operation under the Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems / Database Administrator to support our ongoing programs in San Antonio, TX.
PROGRAM SUMMARY: Qualified personnel will provide on-site support to an operational system and software suite to help maintain an operational posture in support of the customer’s mission. Candidate will interface with COMSEC systems engineering team to assist with analysis and transition planning of existing systems requiring technology refresh. On-site support includes, but is not limited to, system management / maintenance and participation in a gap analysis effort. Candidate will be tasked to perform intermittent preventive maintenance measures to the deployed systems / software in order to keep the system operational. On-site staff will also rely on reach back support from a team of Sr. Systems and Software Engineers to assist with issues that are unable to be immediately resolved.
The successful candidate will possess at Top Secret SCI clearance and work on a mix of deployed systems and full stack web applications. Candidates should have experience performing traditional system administration to maintain an operational posture. Tasking includes database administration support to the operational team on-site. This includes the generation of tailored queries / reports and ad-hoc data-mining. The candidate will be capable of investigating various backend database procedures / triggers for troubleshooting purposes. Candidate will provide administration of all Apache web server products and perform analysis and troubleshooting (e.g., troubleshooting SYS actions on the webserver). Candidate will be responsible for analyzing operations to ensure database integrity is maintained while user actions are performed.

Education: BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years’ experience.
- Active Top Secret Clearance (Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI))
- Experience with systems administration

Preferred (some subset of the following):
- Knowledgeable, Trained, or Certified in Oracle, PL/SQL
- Experience performing Database Management System (DBMS) analysis
- Knowledgeable, Trained, or Certified with Apache webserver
- Experience or knowledge of Communications Security (COMSEC) practices
- Experience performing web application software builds
- Experience performing patches (e.g., IAVA) and scans (e.g., STIGs)
- Experience working with any of the following platforms or products: Windows (all platforms), MS SQL Server, IIS, Unix, Oracle
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, VBA, Appx ILF, or Oracle PL/SQL, Java.
