Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Subcontracts Project Manager to support the MFLC contract.
This position is contingent upon contract award
Member of the transition team responsible for leading the coordination of subcontractors during transition. Stays on after transition to manage subcontractor performance, e.g., ensuring staffing positions are filled, ensure subcontractors are performing as required, conducting performance evaluations, etc. Performs quality assurance functions within the MFLC program to include data, reports, and functions.
• Bachelor's Degree (in Business Administration or a related field)
• 6+ years related experience (or 4+ years with Masters degree); experience in subcontracting
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• 2+ years experience supervising and/or mentoring other staff preferred
US Citizenship required
ADDITIONAL DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Proficient in word processing, electronic spreadsheet, analysis techniques and workstation tools.
