Job Description:

The Spatial Solutions Division within the Intelligence Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Sr. Program Manager to work in our St. Louis office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Mojave Program and TRex mission.  In this mission we are looking for a growth and team oriented leader to expand Leidos position and market share within the NGA space.

This position will interface with multiple Program Mangers, IRAD Leadership from the Leidos CTO Office and Business Development Personnel to establish the Leidos presence at the TRex Business Incubator Facility in St. Louis.  This site will host personnel from multiple Leidos Programs supporting the NGA customer, in addition to IRAD efforts that are aligned with the NGA market and intended to take advantage of the St. Louis, MO partnership with NGA and local industry/academic leaders to make this area near the new NGA campus the “U.S. GEOINT Hub”. 

This position will coordinate hosting of program, IRAD and Business Development activities at the site and facilitate the execution of those activities. Will interface with TRex Leadership, NGA Customers at the site and other industry/academic tenants at TRex to further the Leidos brand as a thought leader in this market.  The successful candidate will take a leadership role in representing Leidos within the St. Louis GEOINT and broader business community associations and at their local events. 

The selected candidate will also be program manager for the MOJAVE IDIQ Services Contract with NGA.  As the MOJAVE Program Manager, will oversee execution of the currently active task orders and work with Leidos Business Development and NGA customers to capture additional work under the IDIQ.

Primary Responsibilities~


Serve as the TRex Site Manager:
o    Serve as the single POC to multiple NGA Programs to orchestrate the hosting of program activity at the site
o    Serve as the single POC to orchestrate the hosting of IRAD activity at the site
o    Serve as the single POC for NGA customers, TRex Management, other Academic/Industry Tenants at the site for participation in locally sponsored GEOINT events (e.g., recruiting/hiring events, local business forums such as the annual GEOINT Technology Gateway Event, etc.)
o    Serve as the single POC, working with Leidos leadership and business development to organize and facilitate presentations and demonstrations to the NGA customer at the site.
 

Serve as the MOJAVE IDIQ Program Manager:
o    Serve as the single point of contact to the Government.
o    Manage the day-to-day contractual and programmatic management of the contract and all task orders.
o    Responsible for timely execution of all financial, staffing and administrative contract actions
o    Ensure the accuracy, quality, configuration management and timely delivery of all required contract deliverables.  
o    Ensuring work deliverables and resolving performance shortfalls or deficiencies

Required Education, Skills, and Experience  

•    Bachelor's and 12 years of related experience or advanced degree with 10+ years of Government Program/Project Management experience.  This should include the following:
•    (7+ years) Schedule and Cost Estimation experience for System Development and Services projects
•    (5+ years) Personnel Management Experience
•    (2+ years) Capture and Proposal Experience
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and work effectively with other contractors and Government personnel.
•    Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities. 
•    Must possess a TS/SCI active and in-scope clearance.  


Preferred Qualifications

•    Extensive experience working with customers and systems in the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and/or Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG).
•    Experience working with NGA customers in the St Louis area
•    Profit/Loss Experience
•    Business Development Experience
•    IRAD Planning and Management Experience
•    Experience with Software Development projects doing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
•    Intelligence Analysis / Production Experience
