Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead for the Pathfinder contract. The QA/QC Lead will be responsible for supporting QA/QC tasks to validate and enforce accuracy on the TIDE central repository and accuracy of reviews processed in KFE. The QA/QC Lead will establish audits and checkpoints following the QMP and performs assessments for compliance. The QA/QC Lead will implement corrective actions following approved SOPs. The QA/QC Lead will be responsible for reporting performance metrics and QA/QC results. This QA/QC Lead will identify and recommend changes to Deputy Task Leads to mitigate future quality issues based on findings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of applicable experience
- Strong attention to detail for reviewing and auditing for accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of DTI SOPs and Government watchlisting guidelines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to adjust as priorities change
- Experience working in the NCTC environment including using TIDE
- Knowledge of ODNI, NCTC, and IC mission, roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures including classification management
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required
