The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a mid-level Project and Program Management Analyst to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC III) team. The position will provide support to Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Enterprise Configuration Management (ECM), AJW-261 group, in the areas of ECM, ECM Knowledge Services Network (KSN)/Website maintenance, technical assistance to automate an interactive Configuration Status Accounting Dashboard, NAS Control Desk, NAS Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Strategic planning. The position will be located at the client/company site in 400 Virginia Ave. SW, Washington, DC 20024, Suite 500.
Provide support to facilitate the operation of the NAS CCB in accordance with established FAA policy. Scheduling of meetings with appropriate stakeholders, providing meeting agendas to ECM Program Manager (PM) for approval and distribution, provide meeting minutes for approval and distribution, and action item tracking. Provide support to facilitate NAS Change Proposals (NCPs) requiring resolution of comments in order to successfully process an NCP to final Configuration Control Decision (CCD). Provide metrics of the CCB process and isolate issues. Formulate recommendations for identified issues recommending improvement in policy, training or another appropriate solution for consideration to the ECM PM. Provide support for the following items below, and other duties as assigned.
- Provide technical support for the CCB charter development and updates for the NAS and subordinate CCBs
- Maintaining/updating NAS CCB files via KSN (spreadsheets, templates)
- Conduct research activities associated with the Configuration Control Decisions (CCDs) process.
- Assistance with test CCD metrics
- Monitor test CCDs
- Continuous follow-up with NAS CCB activities
- Assistance with NAS CCB minutes
- Documentation Control Center data clean-up activities
- Research and status accounting of NCPS
Requires a BA degree 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 to 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business management analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Enterprise Configuration Management regulatory procedures and process as they relate to the CCB.
Previous work experience with ECM is required
While a clearance is not required to be considered for the position, the ability to obtain a clearance (i.e., Public Trust) is required if hired.
Previous work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred
