Leidos is currently looking to add a part-time Deputy Program Manager to a Cybersecurity Program near Ft. Meade, MD. NOTE: This is a Part-Time role, with an expectation of roughly 20 hours/week. As a Deputy PM, the successful candidate will support the Program Manager in: the creation of work authorizations, perform resource allocations for new emerging requirements, the creation and review of Funds and Man Hour Expenditures Report, provide cost estimates/ burn-rate analysis, provide staffing support by reviewing resumes and interviewing potential candidates, and the preparation of program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM.
- Ten (10) years of Program Management experience
- Bachelors of Arts or Science Degree. Five (5) years of additional PM experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management
- Experience with mid-sized, multiple Task Order Programs
- Experience managing both internal Staff, as well as subcontracted Staff
