Our staff provide Non-medical counseling (NMC) services and additional outreach services through a single DoD maintained and operated MFLC program. The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-educational in nature, tailored to unique military environments, and helps participants learn to anticipate and resolve unique challenges associated with military life. These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness.
Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/QA Clinical Specialist to support the MFLC program.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
JOB DETAILS:
• Support QA lead for the performance of work product reviews and inspections/audits
• Implement the MFLC program’s Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP)
• Provide inputs to Quality Manager for reviews to report on status, achievements and goals
• Support conformance to the approved process library
• Provide review and comments of MFLC program documents in support of accurate and on-time MFLC deliverables
• Execute quality audits against the data within the MFLC tools to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance to MFLC policies
• Generate documented objective evidence on tickets within the MFLC dashboard as a result of the data audit.
• Capture and track data metrics for measurement reports.
• Experience with auditing and nonconformance identification/documentation.
• Understanding Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with capturing and analyzing Lessons Learned
•Communicates with internal and client project team members
• Works to influence team members and implement improvements regarding processes and operations
• Support MFLC Counselors with the MFLC tools, Data and Training
· Support the team leads and regional managers on the performance of reviews (products/service) and training
• Implement the MFLC program’s Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP)
• Support Quality Management Reviews by reporting to higher level management on the program’s quality achievements and the program’s progress towards meeting quality goal
• Monitor Performance of 14 Service Level Agreements, KPI and document breaches with root cause analysis
• Maintain the program’s Quality Dashboard and report its status to stakeholders
• Support the Process Control Board (performance working group)
• Experience with Measurement Trend Analysis
• Experience with implementing process continuous improvements and documenting results
•Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members
Requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
