Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a Adverse Incident Manager to support the MFLC program.
Responsible for managing adverse incidents according to Government prescribed policy and procedures. Responsible for managing adverse incidents, from first identification through further investigation, prioritization, documentation and eventual resolution. Provides quality assurance and communication of adverse incidents, determines the root cause of incidents, documents and communicates as appropriate. Collects and inputs the Adverse Incident elements into the Government's Program Information Center (PIC). Coordinates any immediate removals, terminations, reassignments, or training requirements as a result of the adjudication. Receives and reports/responds to adverse incidents when they occur and takes necessary steps to reduce risk, limit service disruption, and return the business to normal operations as quickly as possible. Works to proactively prevent recurrence of adverse incidents. Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the adverse incident process.
Requires BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.
