Leidos’ SDA Operation, in conjunction with the TSA, also performs on-call, onsite installation servicing of X- Ray Detection Equipment using leading edge technology to ensure the safety of our clients, customer and passengers. The Security Detection and Automation Operation is comprised of four divisions to align with our customers’ missions and needs:

This role entails overall responsibility for the management and operations of HBS APAC Region.  The Regional Leader is responsible for all control and program office activities, including customer relationships, frequent collaboration with stakeholders, all external program business rhythms, and strong budget and schedule management skills. In addition, with Security and Detection services experience, this role has a critical impact on the commercial agreements, pricing, and performance of key service providers in this domain. Successful candidates would need to thrive in a fast paced environment driven by strong growth potential within a highly competitive market. Must be a self-starting high energy leader focused upon delivering results. Significant customer facing engagement is expected in order to shape and position to win new business. The Regional Leader will Interface with all internal groups and project teams regarding technical support of all L-3SDS products and services to include product line directors, engineering, and service. Assists support and marketing staff members in activities such as, exhibitions, marketing events, training and market research in planning and executing projects. In additional the Leader will establish an effective communication path between the company and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction as develops and supports timely resolution to customer issues where appropriate. The Regional Leader will be integral part of the business planning process for the region and be familiar with the development of business cases and market planning activities as well as management of assigned budgets to within the agreed levels. Engages in strategic thinking by understanding “big picture” analysis both from the technological and business case perspectives for both new and existing market initiatives. The Leader will also travel frequently within the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Owns HBS business activities in the region
  • Coordinates across the Organisation and matrix working with Sales, PMO and Service and central teams
  • KPI’s – Revenue Growth, Orders, Profit, CASH
  • SPOC for HBS activities in the region
  • Drives customer focus and support within the region
  • Bring to the central team support needs for the region
  • Owns HBS strategy for the region

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
