Leidos has a career Opportunity for a Program Director for the Dynetics Group located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Summary
Program Director for the Dynetics Group is responsible for the implementation and compliance of Leidos Policy LP-PE-1 which includes oversight of Dynetics and LInC programs through regular reviews and deep dives, regular involvement of Dynetics proposals through participation and leadership in technical readiness reviews (TRRs), execution planning reviews (XPRs), bid risk reviews (BRRs), and bid approval reviews (BARs).  Dynetics includes many delivery programs, production programs, and programs with emerging technologies.  Program Director must maintain an understanding of major programs, risks, and technologies in order to provide regular support, oversight and guidance to PMs. 

Primary Responsibilities
Program Director for Dynetics is responsible for the implementation and compliance of Leidos Policy LP-PE-1 which includes oversight of Dynetics  programs through regular reviews and deep dives, regular involvement of Dynetics  proposals through participation and leadership in technical readiness reviews (TRRs), execution planning reviews (XPRs), bid risk reviews (BRRs), and bid approval reviews as well as proposal content review and generation. 
-Understanding of the primary programs within Dynetics and LInC.  Chair of IPRs, TRRs, XPRs, BRRs. 
-Deep dives into troubled programs and supports the collaborative development of corrective action planning. 
-Creation of Corporate Watch List for any Dynetics programs on Corporate Watch List. 

Additional duties include:
-Implementing tailored and streamlined versions of policy and processes to best meet Dynetics business environment and risk.
-Mentoring and training of program managers.   Training may include one-on-one mentoring or sessions in the form of Brown Bag Lunchtime Learning sessions as well as the generation and delivery of training material for new PMs
-Approving SPAs, MRs, IPRs and BARs as annotated in the Dynetics ATO 
-Review and approval of NDAs, teaming agreements and other documented signature authorities. 
-Being a liaison and expediter for PMs and functional support including, but not limited to Procurement, Contracts, Business Development, Accounts Payable and Finance.  Supporting the development of opportunity capture strategy by participation in large and critical Dynetics capture activities such as ---Collaboration Sessions, price to win, OIRs and other reviews and meetings. 

Basic Qualifications
-Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of relevant experience DoD program and or finance management.
-Must have a deep understanding of Leidos business systems and processes.
-Must be eligible for a DoD TS clearance. 
    
Preferred Qualifications
-Working experience with R&D programs supporting US Government as well as experience in bidding Other Transactional Authority (OTA) instruments. 
-Experience in manufacturing management.
-Experience providing oversight of SAR programs where access may be limited.
-Knowledge of the unique nature of bidding DARPA programs and OTAs is a plus.
