Leidos is a leader in providing Human Performance and Behavioral Health support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Veterans Administration. Our staff provide Non-medical counseling (NMC) services and additional outreach services through a single DoD maintained and operated MFLC program. The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-educational in nature, tailored to unique military environments, and helps participants learn to anticipate and resolve unique challenges associated with military life. These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness.
Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a Program Reporting Lead to support the MFLC program.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Primary Responsibilities
The MFLC Program Reporting Lead:
- Designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data and text mining, analysis, modeling, and predictions to enable informed business decisions.
- Performs quality assurance functions within the MFLC program to include data, reports, and functions.
- Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources.
- Uses advanced mathematical, statistical, querying, and reporting methods to analyze data and trends.
- Develops information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance.
- Proven analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to operate independently and have the ability to establish a solid working relationship and open communication with all program stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
