Leidos is seeking a collaborative and forward leaning Program Manager who wants to tackle challenges and be a part of creating innovative solutions. The PM will serve as the primary interface between Leidos and the Prime Contractor for all required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling and problem resolution. The PM will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to the technical oversight for analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. The PM will analyze business functionality and provide recommendations and impact assessments. The PM is responsible for managing, developing and evaluating resources, resolving issues as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance. The PM will be responsible for ad hoc data calls and various other contract deliverables. The PM is to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of programmatic and technical information and plan and participate in program/iterative reviews. The successful candidate will excel at personnel and customer relationship management with a big picture/strategic eye for innovation and continued efficiencies across the program.
- Experience managing IT programs/projects
- Exceptional staff and customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities working with senior management to influence and find solutions.
- Ability to write/document and present materials.
- Experience working in a prime-sub “one team” environment
- Requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent
