Job Description:

The Leidos Defense Group currently has an opening for a Multi- Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission Manager at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission

Primary Responsibilities

The applicant will provide executive-level assessments to senior Air Force Wing, Numbered Air Force and Major Command ISR leaders regarding AF ISR mission effectiveness. Applicants will provide operational and technical subject matter expertise regarding multi-ISR discipline, correlated, and fused intelligence analysis in response to command-validated requirements.  Applicants will liaison with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Mission Management Teams and Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET); conduct Analytical Lines of Operations (ALOE) traces and analyses; liaison with AF DCGS consumers to verify requirements are met; and review AF DCGS products and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) for compliance with applicable AF and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.  Applicants will work independently and collaborate with AF, Joint and IC entities to conduct ISR problem set, collection and trend analyses; provide AET effectiveness metrics and quality control processes; liaison between air component operations, intelligence and ISR production elements; and help guide multi-discipline ISR collection management activities. Establish AF DCGS and IC Community of Practices integral to AET production and ISR Problem set resolution.  Applicants will use their knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 Analytic Standards and ICD 206 Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytic Products to improve AF DCGS products and processes. Applicants must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills; capable of critical thinking at the operational, theater and strategic levels;  practice multiple structured analytical techniques; and be capable of working independently or in collaboration with multiple organizational representatives to develop strategies and solutions to complex operational and technical ISR issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 15 years of combined AF, Joint and IC multi-ISR discipline experience is required – Master’s Degree is preferred. 

  • Knowledge of ICD 203 Analytic Standards and ICD 206 Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytic Products is required.

  • TS/SCI eligibility on date of hire is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AF DCGS weapons system and IC multi-source intelligence production experience

  • Information Warfare (Info Ops, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, ISR) experience / knowledge is highly desired.
