The Leidos Security Service Center is seeking an experienced Business Quality Analyst located in Chantilly, VA.

Position Summary:

The Leidos Security Service Center is seeking an experienced Business Quality Analyst who is responsible for driving insightful analytics and action-based reporting that measures business performance, and for recommending improvement areas for a centralized personnel security service organization.

This position supports the Security Service Center, facility security officers, and other field security teams through continuously striving for improved data, processes and developing the infrastructure for quality, error-free reporting.  This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to lead the development of operational dashboards, quarterly security business reviews, and effective metrics informing corporate and line management of clearance processing trends.  We’re looking for talent with excellent communications, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment, as well as the ability to work independently, and as part of a great team.  

Primary Responsibilities:

-Evaluate processes and controls, and draft management comments and recommendations for process improvement.

-Maintain, update, and manage the Security Service Center audit reports, and oversee data error corrections with team managers.

-Analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision makers, implementing process changes, testing service catalog process enhancements in the testing environment, and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable as well as consult with business stakeholders, and participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues.

-Update training materials, job aides, standard operating procedures, and desktop references for the Security Service Center team. 

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience. 10+ years of direct relevant experience will be considered, in lieu of a degree.

-Advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills required.

-Proven SQL & Query writing skills.

-Experience creating quarterly business reviews, developing business process metrics and designing dashboards.

-Experience developing training materials, training aids, and policies and procedures. 

-This positions requires a great deal of interactions with the Leidos Security Team, SSC Management, and individual team members.

-Understanding of DOD and IC personnel security policies and guidance.

-Understanding of SIMS security management system.

-Recommend internal Quality control checks and triggers in Security Information Management System (SIMS) to reduce the overall error rate of the center.

-Active Top Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

-Two to four years personnel security administrative, or management experience. 

-Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while at the same time being a solid group contributor with strong leadership skills.
