Leidos is actively interviewing for a CI HUMINT Requirements and Targeting Analyst to provide expert CI/HUMINT collection, analysis and requirements (CHARC) management services.
Execute collection management requirements at the MEF, MARFOR and joint levels. Provide CI/HUMINT analysis, targeting, collection management, utilization of databases and systems in support of MARCENT forces. Develop and review MARCENT CI/HUMINT requirements, targeting support, and analytical products in order to draft recommendations for submission to higher, adjacent, and supporting units.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding CI/HUMINT analysis and collections management.
Develop, review, and recommend to the G2X input to the command position on CI/HUMINT requirements, targeting support, and analytical products.
Develop briefings and reports up to and including TS/SCI level as required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
Experience utilizing Intelligence and DoD systems such as HOTR, PALANTIR, CHROME and M3.
Experience in CI/HUMINT collection management requirements at the tactical, operational, and joint levels.
Experience in all source analysis.
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years experience in CI/HUMINT collections management or analysis, 3 years at the MEF or MARFOR level or higher.
Completion of JCHATC, TNPC, and/or OHTC.
Completion of ORMC or experience conducting analysis in support of Sensitive Activities.
Completion of ASCIF or experience conducting analysis in support of CI collections or investigations.
