Leidos is seeking a Program Manager for the NASA Johnson Space Center Simulation and Software Technology program. The PM will serve as the primary contract manager for and be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
The Program Manager will be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall contract performance to include safety, technical performance, and cost of the contract.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, Software or relevant technical field will be considered, and at least 15 years' related experience.
- Experience with large IDIQ program or similar experience with large multi-faceted task order
- Leadership in financial management, performance management, business management, and process management and change management
- Proven ability to build and lead alliances and partnerships to accomplish common objectives
- Previous NASA / Johnson Space Center experience
- Project Management Certification (PMP), or MBA
