Job Description:

Leidos Procurement & Enterprise Partnerships has an immediate opening for an Associate Director, Procurement Systems Transformation located in Reston, VA.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency and be responsible for:
(a) Supply Chain intelligent automation  and data analytics in support of operations and captures
(b) Managing the operational needs of business and functional end-users
(c) System migrations driven by M&A activity, and most importantly
(d) The function-wide change management approach to supply chain business systems by collaborating with the functional teams, Enterprise Systems Transformation, and CIO Services teams to manage business systems improvements You will lead  a business systems operational team possessing deep system knowledge and create a strategic functional transformational team to implement continuous improvement. The team manages and recommends technology investments to achieve continuous supply chain optimization and a compelling return on investment.  The supply chain systems include but are not limited to material planning and production control, material cost estimating, approved supplier master, purchasing, subcontracts , electronic records, eCatalog, regulatory reporting, manufacturing execution systems, supplier relationship management, category management, supplier ratings, supply chain resiliency, small business, subcontractor invoicing, and real-time performance dashboards.

List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.
•Work closely with business stakeholders  and Enterprise Systems  and CIO Services to identify key business opportunities to support transformational initiatives
•Partner with CIO Services Team, Enterprise Systems  Team, and business POC’s to develop Supply Chain Systems Strategic Roadmap that will meet business goals and financial requirements through the implementation of leading-edge technologies
•Prioritize and champion Supply Chain IT projects
•Develop supporting CIO Services, Enterprise Systems  Team, and business resource staffing plans
•Develop and execute individual Supply Chain Digital Transformation project plans including Requirements, Design, Test and Cutover Phases
•Identify and develop innovative and automated dashboards to support business performance objectives
•Act as Liaison between CIO Services, Enterprise Systems  Team and business POC’s to identify Supply Chain systems projects to support enhancements, reporting requirements, program portfolio changes, acquisitions, reorgs, and application upgrades
•Provide input to Enterprise Systems Governance Board  for project approvals and issue resolution
•Devote time to user councils to ensure time is spent on end-user experience and productivity.
•Ensure that all operational and O&M activities are executed and efficiently managed and projects adhere to the Leidos corporate policy standards and standard execution methodologies.
•Maintain data validation and integrity by confirming the accuracy of CostPoint interface files with source system files, financial system reports, and system processing
•Perform CostPoint systems break-fix analysis by working with the business to identify the issue, develop resolution plan inclusive of test and validation activities
•Partner with CIO Services and the Enterprise Systems  Team to support business initiatives by ensuring downstream processes function accurately
•Support data analysis required in support of subcontractor and supplier management
•Create and maintain system process documentation
•Support Procurement Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning exercises
•Provide systems documentation in support of internal and external audits including data validation files for SOX and US Government audits

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in relevant supply chain or systems  areas in a similarly complex organization(s), including experience in a central control function overseeing multiple financial and operational areas
•A proven leader with progressively responsible experience related to supply chain, business processes management and implementation, and business transformation initiatives.
•Successful record of leadership and program management experience leading the development of enterprise systems strategy.
•Demonstrated willingness to be a leader, ambassador, and catalyst for change in a very fast paced, dynamic environment, respecting all constituent groups using current and proven best practices for efficient procurement and business operations.
•Demonstrated ability to identify and achieve value capture initiatives and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
•Demonstrated ability to attract and select the best talent to meet current and future business needs. Success in building high performing teams and optimizing talent, deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
•Proven expertise in implementing programs to support and foster excellent fiscal management, excellent problem solving, analytical and business skills, and strong project management skills to meet deadlines and work effectively with others.
