Job Description:
Leidos is looking for experienced individuals to support our team on the EAGLE APS-3 program. This program focuses on providing supply, maintenance, transportation, and shipboard Care of Supplies in Storage (COSIS) support to Army Strategic Logistics Activity Charleston (ASLAC). Work on the contract will be performed at Goose Creek, S.C. and in deployment areas as designated.
Primary Responsibilities
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all maintenance operations performed under the contract.
Primary tasks are equipment inspection and repair to the standard specified by the Government.
This includes managing work schedules, staffing levels, workflows from convoying the equipment from the wharf, to removing secondary loads, staging awaiting inspection, performance of technical inspections, services and repairs; and all other supporting elements such as production control, and ordering repair parts.
This position is contingent upon contract award to Leidos.
Basic Qualifications
The Maintenance Manager must have a Bachelors degree and at least five years of supervisory experience in an equipment maintenance environment.
The Maintenance Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of military equipment maintenance and the governing regulations, policies, and procedures.
The Maintenance Manager must have a familiarity with the Army logistics information systems and must have the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services.
SECRET security clearance is required.
