Leidos’ Defense Group is seeking a Task Order Program Manager for the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at Ft. Meade, MD.
The Enterprise and Cyber Solutions (E&CS) Operation within Leidos’ Defense Group is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage multiple significant task orders for the GSM-O II contract.
The successful candidate will report to the GSM-O II NetOps Capabilities Portfolio Director and will be responsible for three existing task orders: Maintenance / Repair, Integration Services, and Mobility Services. These task orders are transitioning from GSM-O I to GSM-O II each with a base year plus four option years contract structure.
•The Maintenance / Repair Task Order is responsible for network restoral via field service engineering, sparing/logistics, as well as hardware/software support planning and procurement.
•The Integration Services Task Order is responsible for the transition to service of new capabilities and services developed by the DISA Government Team. This task order also contains special projects, including installation, test and turn-up of new infrastructure and associated follow-on circuit transition actions.
•The Mobility Services Task Order is responsible for the provisioning of new mobile devices to DISA’s customers, as well as the 24x7 network operations of the secure mobility gateway.
•An imperative of the position will be to deliver synergy and innovation across these task orders, coordinating with other task order managers to achieve efficiency and economies of scale. The successful candidate must have a proven history of leadership of programs/portfolios which exceed $150M in annual revenue, and 50+ FTEs, both Leidos employees and subcontractors, globally dispersed supporting these missions.
•Overall programmatic (cost, schedule, performance) responsibility for the execution of the task orders.
•Develop and shape a pipeline of growth opportunities for these task orders, including improved year over year financial performance.
•Communicate critical and time sensitive program-related information directly to the GSM-O II Leadership, or other delegated Government program personnel.
•Perform as key point of contact for client relations and engage regularly to determine priorities based on the Customer guidance.
•Engage with GSM-O Portfolio Managers and other GSM-O Task Order Managers to achieve synergy and efficiency.
•Create continuously improved service delivery.
•BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience.
•7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
•Experience shall include regular communications with the supported organization’s senior executives and direct accountability for managed activities.
•Previous experience as a Senior Program Manager or equivalent with broad expertise guiding project and operations across multiple related IT disciplines throughout the project lifecycle
•Experience leading programs with year over year financial growth and strong margin growth.
•Excellent written and oral communication capability
•Experience and ability to successfully negotiate and influence others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and approaches.
•Ability to drive employee culture change and transformation.
•Must have an active DOD Secret level security clearance, and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level clearance.
•TS/SCI Eligible in JPAS.
•Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners.'
