Leidos is looking for a Systems Integrator/Technology Officer for a position in the Chantilly, VA area. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
The SITO will provide support for the learning technology close support activities within the training organization. The SITO will support learning technology requirements, including the maintenance of learning technology hardware and software, immediate close support of classroom technologies, and on-demand, technology-based customer service for a large workforce. The proposed SITO should have experience in basic hardware and software maintenance, technology procurement, and end-user software training and provide engaged customer service to address tactical requirements quickly and efficiently.
Requires BS and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience are acceptable in lieu of a degree.
Assist in the procurement of new software and technologies to meet training and learning needs.
Demonstrated ability to conduct basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, to include video and audio hardware.
Demonstrated ability to track learning technology devices and manage distribution to instructor workforce.
Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on training to instructor workforce on the use of various technologies.
Demonstrated experience interacting with clients and providing customer service.
Experience with video editing.
Experience with acquisition of software and/or hardware.
Experience prioritizing competing requirements and effectively managing multiple requests.
