Leidos has a career opportunity for a Configuration Manager at Randolph AFB in Texas to provide expertise and guidance to support the configuration of courses and content on the AETC LMS and other interfaces.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provides course/content onboarding technical support
Advises and provides assistance to course/content developers, designers, and subject matter experts in the design, development, and maintenance of interactive multimedia instruction.
Ensures successful course/content hosting in the AETC LMS.
Applies expertise in the use of content standards and technologies to support course/content delivery requirements.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and remedies course/content loading issues with factual and experiential knowledge.
Assists client with development of course owner guides, training aids and training sessions.
Performs other related services, as required
5+ years of experience working with applications, software, and/or LMSs
5 years of experience with the following tools, standards, and methodologies
SCORM (1.2 and 2004 1st, 2d, 3d, 4th editions)
Experience API (xAPI, CMI5)
HTML (HTML 4, XHTML, HTML 5)
Cascading style sheets (CSS1-3)
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
5 years of experience in the use of modern training development tools including but not limited to: Lectora, Captivate, and Animate.
5 years of experience in use of cloud-based learning management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work with a team and follow procedures
Must be a US Citizen capable of receiving a Common Access Card (CAC)
Maintains currency of required trainings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
