Job Description:

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a AFCO Cyber ISR SME/Liaison and Team Lead at Fort Meade, MD. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. A candidate must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for the role.  

Primary Responsibilities

Perform executive-level support to the Air Force Cryptologic Office to enable robust cyber ISR policy and implementation leveraging cryptologic and Air Force experience to advance 16th Air Force's mission priorities.  Develops partnerships within the National Security Agency, United States Cyber Command, and Intelligence Community, as guided by customer, to foster new engagements and mature existing efforts.  Provides senior-level multi-discipline experience to support the conduct of global cryptologic activities focused on exploitation of the cyberspace domain.  Serves, as directed by the customer, as liaison and interface to subordinate 16 AF organizations and units to address and synchronize operational imperatives. 

Team Lead Responsibilities

Additionally the candidate will serve as a Leidos Team Lead.  In this capacity, you will be responsible for supervising a matrixed team within the 16AF (70ISRW) to organize, plan, develop and execute solutions to address client needs and solve complex mission challenges. As a Team Lead, you will set goals, measure progress and ensure development and growth of your team.  Finally, you will be accountable to the AFCO and 70ISRW Site Lead and 16AF Mission Lead for all monthly deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of relevant Cyber or IT experience.
  • Active/Current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance
  • Previous experience working within AFCO or the 70th ISR Wing at Fort Meade Maryland

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 20+ years experience supporting Air Force IT/Cyber programs
  • 15+ years experience within NSA cryptologic enterprise.
  • 5+ experience developing/implementing strategic Air Force Cyber ISR policy and direction.
