Leidos Defense Group has a current opening a Deputy Customer Advocacy and Service Activations Manager (CASAM) at Scott AFB, IL.
Our customer is The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located at Scott AFB and acts as the provider of Gig/Defense Information System Network (DISN) Services To The Department Of Defense (DoD) And National Security Organizations.
•Plan, Report, And Perform Technical Activities To Execute DoD Information Network (DoDin) Customer Advocacy And Service Activations Globally.
•Technical Planning, System Integration, Verification And Validation, And Cost/Risk/ Supportability/Effectively Analysis Total Systems Across The DISN.
•Manage Multiple Provisioning, Request Fulfillment, And DISN Service Activations Tasks Simultaneously For A Geographically Dispersed Team Of Over 70.
•Provide technical support, training and quality assurance/quality control and all contractual acceptable quality levels (AQL) are met.
•Subordinate Teams Are Responsible For Multiple Layers Of IP And Transport Technologies, Change Management, Network Modeling, Capacity Planning, Impact Assessments, Customer Advocacy, Order Entry Tool (DISA Storefront (Dsf)) Training, Provisioning, And Support To Command And Control Functions.
•Oversee development and implementation of training plans to ensure subordinates have appropriate training and resources to perform their jobs.
•Ability to make decisions and escalate when needed.
•Self-starter and have the ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
•Bachelor’s Degree and 6 + yrs of prior relevant experience; additional related years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
•Generally has 4+ yrs experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
•Working knowledge of IT networks, to include network appliances (e.g., routers, load balancers, domain name servers, firewalls).
•Currently possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance With Eligibility For A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
