Job Description:

Leidos is seeking a Java Software Developer, experienced in Oracle Identity and Access Management software development with coding experience in development, integration, and implementation of Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIAM) solutions and utilizing the Oracle IDM Suite. Candidate needs hands on experience in Identity and Access Management predominantly using Oracle Access Manager 11g Suite and be proficient on SOA, WebLogic, Directory Server (LDAP), Database Identity Store components. Must understand how to implement and manage OIM connectors for LDAP Sync.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with application development teams to integrate enterprise applications with IAM systems
  • Support new customer requirements for the creation of new access management policy, identity management workflows, and other COTS/GOTS software configurations
  • Assist with complex relational database designs and query languages such as SQL and PL/SQL
  • Use previous SQL, Linux, Java, JSP/Javascript, XML, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Web Services to design/development/engineer new IdAM capabilities/services, as directed
  • Design system integration plans by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; and writing specifications and use cases
  • Develop custom request/approval workflows using Oracle Identity Manager
  • Develop custom User Interface using Oracle ADF framework, custom branding, WebLogic administration on Unix platform
  • Enable Single-Sign-on using Oracle Access Manager including development of custom authentication modules and strong authentication
  • Will participate in full life cycle framework process from envisioning and conception to implementation and integration
  • Will assist with documentation of architecture, installation, software analysis, code development, documentation, testing, security, and interoperability with existing systems and/or components under Agile development framework
  • Provide presentations of proposed System Designs to all active stakeholders that have a role with the integration, implementation, and/or consumption of the designs and/or system components/capabilities
  • Participate in Critical Design Review (CDR). Quoter shall also deliver/update any relevant System Design Document (SDD), associated architecture, design, and concept of operations documentation, and document meeting minutes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience working on IAM projects
  • 6+ years experience engineering of Identity Access Management systems, preferably using the Oracle suite
  • 12 years experience in software development
  • Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS), LDAP, and PKI
  • Good working knowledge and experience with Java development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated competency in Teamwork, Collaboration, Written Communication, and Process Improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, related field or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret clearance

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and apply DevOps and Configuration Management concepts, processes, and techniques
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Single Sign On (SSO), Federation, and various Access Control frameworks
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Determine operational system objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
