The Mission Solutions Group at Leidos has a government contract with a classified customer in the National Capital Region that requires an Equipment Management & Issuance Officer. The candidate must have experience with cable correspondence, database administration and equipment management / tracking.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the Equipment Management, Issuance and Testing contract team in all aspects of the business.
Identify and recommend the appropriate concealment device technology to satisfy operational requirements in a cost effective manner. 
Provide instruction on proper use of concealment devices and services.
Monitor daily cable traffic and perform the generation of cable correspondence with customers regarding devices and use policy.
Apply and follow all regulations regarding the handling and management of materials.
Apply and follow standard operating procedures for Total Asset Management.
Provide database administration for the counterintelligence de-confliction application. Define, document, and track all discrepancies and changes.
Research the CI aspects of each issuance to facilitate issuance with respect to past usage of similar devices in the region.
Coordinate and communicate with all local and field personnel requiring concealment devices and research device anomalies.
Arrange for the testing and inspection of all devices before issuance.
Provide feedback to staff regarding the viability of proposed engineering models.
Provide back-up support for discussions, briefings and training on the operation and usage of devices.
Provide cross-functional support to team activities to maintain business continuity in the absence of staff.
Ensure all changes to process methods are properly approved, communicated and managed.
  

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience. Work experience can be used in lieu/combined with education
5 years’ experience with equipment tracking and asset management databases.
5 years’ experience providing customer service.
3 years of technical operations experience.
Demonstrated experience leading teams, including strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing requirements. 
Possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance


Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with customer cable writing.
2 years’ demonstrated experience with concealments and equipment management
